Pocono raceway
2023 Season
When you’re asked to setup an onsite renewal program for a sold out NASCAR Cup Series event, you always say, “Yes”. The team at Pocono are top notch. We orchestrated from beginning to end, their first time of onsite renewals for their 2024 season. We provided onsite staff as well as remote texting support.
We are already signed up to do BIGGER & BETTER next year and we CAN NOT WAIT!!!
taste of charlotte
June 2023
When you need setup and tear down of an event, who you gonna call? We had the pleasure of working with the Taste of Charlotte in June and what an amazing event to work.
We checked in vendors, small setup and tear down as well as worked selling at a concession stand and coin booths. The crew loved helping and getting into a different city that has such an amazing foodie vibe.
Can’t wait to do this one again!
Performance racing industry
2022 & 2023 Seasons
We were so honored to recieve a call from PRI in 2022 to run a call center for their PRI Trade Show. We did outreach to previous participants and got them all setup for their December Show.
Now we are working with PRI in 2023 to start in July taking calls for this years show as well as be the first line of customer service when someone calls PRI direct.
We can’t wait to get this years participants setup and show our support at the show with staff for registration.

bandimere speedway
2023 Season
What a view! Bandimere Speedway called us out to provide additional staff for 4 of their major events, including the Mile-High NHRA Nationals for 2023. We are super stoked for what could be the last event at the iconic drag strip.
We are hopeful for a new location in 2024, and we are certain the Bandimere family will continue to provide great racing and great customer service to their huge fan base in the Denver, CO area.

2023 Red Mile Event
When AFT came to Kentucky, they gave us a call to staff their ticket booths as well as scanning and wrist-banding fans as they entered the facility.
It was our first time at a motorcycle racing event and the team really enjoyed the excitement from fans that had been going for years. AFT turned a horse racing facility into a motorcycle racing track and fans really enjoyed the change.

2023 Chili Bowl Nationals
Doing something different is what we are all about. Someone say 50/50? Someone say dirt racing inside a building…we’re in! So you say your goal is $50k, well, let’s see what we can do to surpass that. How about over $100k?
What an amazing event. We worked the 50/50 the entire week. We roamed through the grandstands to sell with enthusiasm to increase revenue. It was just the beginning of our 50/50 opportunities.
Overland Expo Series
2022 & 2023 Seasons
We have the pleasure of working with one of the most novel and creative outdoor recreational space companies in the world. They’ve asked us to run their event day box office and staffing. From remote locations such as Bend, Oregon and Flagstaff, Arizona, we run the show for greeting customers and getting them set for a great adventure.
It doesn’t get any better than being in a beautiful setting and working for an amazing set of individuals that know how to entertain and make their customers feel like part of the family.
We were quoted by the owner of the company as being a “Boutique Ticketing Company”. Our favorite quote so far!
Silver Dollar Speedway
2022 & 2023 Seasons
When you get the opportunity to work for Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson….well, you take it. We were asked to run their call center and sell tickets to the Gold Cup Race of Champions.
We were then asked to clean up their ticket system and get all of their events up and running while working with Follow The Eyes marketing to drive ticket sales. This historic race facility is under new management and with Rachel Sweet, Brad Sweet and Kyle Larson calling the shots, it’s destined to follow in greatness.
Come see us in Chico, CA for our second race facility in California.
We setup their events on a new ticket platform for 2023 and are managing those events remotely. We will be there for their 2023 Gold Cup Event.
Rock the south music festival
August 2022 & July 2023
Did our largest event to date on August 5th and 6th in Cullman, AL. We scanned in the main entrance to the festival and supplied close to 50 team members across property to assist with parking attendants for their 4 attendee lots.
This event was our first outdoor music festival and boy did it ROCK. Fans were greeted and gave out credentials and wristbands to VIP and Premium areas. Can’t wait to continue working outdoor festivals with this incredible team.
We repeated this on July 20 - 22 for another 50 people each day.

dover motor speedway
2022 Season
Finally made it to Dover Motor Speedway to work the Monster Mile.
This race team doesn’t miss a lap on giving great customer service and treating their fans with style. We assisted in phone center support two weeks before the race, during the race and worked in the box offices during the event.

Bristol Motor speedway
2022 & 2023 Seasons
At the time Bristol Motor Speedway was our largest event. Not all of our team made this group photo at the iconic Coliseum! We had over 30 team members scanning tickets and seating fans.
We proved we can provide a larger number of staff and keep with our solid trained professional promise. Our team got down and dirty at the dirt race and kept fans moving and having a great time while preparing to watch an amazing one of a kind NASCAR dirt race.
We’ll be back Bristol Baby.
University of Kentucky
2021, 2022 & 2023 Football and Men’s Basketball Seasons
Whether it’s UK Football or Basketball, you will find FanGate Solutions here to help with your mobile ticketing needs. We staff outside the Kroger Field for football and Rupp Arena for basketball, waiting with iPad in hand to find the fan who looks like they need help. We greet fans and welcome them to the stadium.
UK Athletics knows how to show fans how important they really are by supplying them with emails, texts, and mobile assistance outside the entry gates. They know how to make our jobs easier by informing the fan before they arrive to download mobile tickets and place them in your wallet. We get the greatest job of all by getting to welcome everyone in and help when they have issues bringing up their tickets.

Las Vegas Motor speedway
2021 & 2022 Seasons
What happens in Vegas…stays in Vegas! Well kinda, sorta. We can’t say enough great things about being in Vegas. The events have been incredible. We are their renewal team for NASCAR Cup weekend and for NHRA weekend. We increased renewals over 2019 for both events. Their team is incredible to work with and we always feel like we are welcomed home when we arrive.
Greeting guests from all over the country is always entertaining. If your event staff isn’t looking this sharp for your events…give us a call. For renewals in Vegas and Sonoma, we create a buzz with unique and professional attire to spark excitement and attention from fans.
We returned to LVMS for their 2022 Season…4 events…and 4 times in Vegas!
Nashville Superspeedway
2021, 2022 & 2023 Seasons
What an incredible event at NSS. We got the pleasure of staffing their ticket booths for their inaugural NASCAR Cup Weekend. The house was packed and the event SOLD OUT! When you get the opportunity to work for the opening or shall we say reopening of a facility as great as NSS, you take it!
This was such a great experience working with the team from Dover Motor Speedway to put on NASCAR’s return to Music City. We not only got to help with ticketing and box office staff, we also got the chance to provide ushers for their big event. With a short turn around, we staffed all three days with eager and willing team members to help guests find their seats and enjoy the races.
We have continued to support Nashville Superspeedway. In 2023 we lead scanning efforts into the facility and got everyone in before the start of the race.
World wide technology raceway
2021, 2022 & 2023 Seasons
We have been out to St. Louis for their past two major events last year. The team at World Wide Technology Raceway really know how to hold an event. Their staff is well prepared and focused on making the fan experience a great one! Whether it’s NHRA or IndyCar events, this place puts on a show.
Our team was all over this race course, from credentials to parking. We sold tickets, we placed wristbands on hospitality guests and yes, we even answered the main phone line. It’s a great honor to see this facility before they were given the NASCAR Cup race for 2022. It’s been such an honor to work their inaugural Cup race weekend this year and look forward to NHRA and INDYCAR.
We are currently working with WWTR on renewing tickets for their fans into the 2024 season with outbound sales efforts.
Expect big things from this race track…we sure do!
Sonoma Raceway
2021 & 2022 Seasons
Enjoyed our first flight travel to Sonoma, California to execute renewals at Sonoma Raceway during their June NASCAR Cup Series event. We knocked it out of the park by operating their Door Dash Renewal Lounge and surpassed not only their race week renewal numbers, but their yearly goal…yes, in 3 days we surpassed their yearly renewal efforts from 2019. Did we forget to mention they were at 30% capacity?
What a great time we had with their team and the teams from across Speedway Motorsports. The weather was hot, the racing was exciting and the fans were amazing. We continued the renewal efforts at their 2022 events.
Eldora Speedway
2021, 2022 & 2023 Seasons
We continue to support Eldora Speedway “The worlds greatest dirt track” for their 2021, 2022 & 2023 seasons. It’s been a great pleasure working with management to assist with Box Office, Bag Check and Ticket Scanning staffing during events.
We are also running a call center for their inbound calls as well as developing an outbound effort to reach non-renewed ticket holders.
Florence Y’alls
2021 Season
We did work as consultants with the Florence Y’alls in Corporate Partnerships. We updated contracts, installed programs and processes, as well as negotiated new platforms for collecting and tracking data. We also helped implement a texting platform for communication with ticket holders.
It was exciting to be back in sports and working on creating great partnerships in the baseball industry.

Churchill Downs
Getting back to where it all started and a small sense of normalcy. Working the largest event since before the pandemic started was quite an adventure.
The team at Churchill Downs really knows how to make their guests as well as event staff feel special. We supplied box office staff as well as gate attendants for Churchill Down’s 147, 148 & 149 running of the Kentucky Derby.

Churchill Downs
While this wasn’t the ideal time to experience Churchill Downs and the 146th running of the Kentucky Derby, we sure enjoyed being there.
Churchill Downs is a leader of fan experience in the horse racing industry. We were excited to be chosen during the pandemic to provide ticket resolution for Horse Owners, Trainers, Jockeys and their families. Not only were we in charge of resolving issues for Churchill’s most elite guests, we were the only outsourced staffing solution for the ticket department.
“Box office staffing can be a challenge for any ticketed venue. For Kentucky Derby Week, Churchill Downs operates three box offices in separate venue locations. Upon contacting for support, the FanGate Solutions team was able to manage the requested box office locations with window sellers and multiple support supervisors for Derby Week 2020.
As the Covid-19 pandemic rescheduled Derby Week, acquiring available and healthy ticketing staff became a challenge. FanGate Solutions was able to provide additional support for a new ticket resolution outdoor box office location. Ticket Operations was impressed with the professionalism, event and ticketing knowledge that FanGate Solutions provided to our VIP customers, horse owners, and jockey families during harsh weather conditions.
The FanGate Solutions team arrived every morning with popping personalities and eager to provide support. The energy carried throughout each 12-hour shift, with the team energized to return the next day.
With the support of FanGate Solutions, box office staffing for the first Kentucky Derby in September during a pandemic was successful. Our Ticket Operations team will continue to develop an ongoing relationship with FanGate Solutions, and anticipate contracting for Churchill Downs and other managed ticketed venue locations for years to come. ”
